MusherHub helps sled dog kennels plan teams, track runs and keep every dog's history in one place.

Getting started

1. Ask your kennel's owner or manager for an invitation code.
2. Open the app or musherhub.netlify.app, choose I have an invitation code, and create your account.
3. Owners and managers add dogs one by one or import a list under More → Import.

Run tracking

• Use one phone per sled. Start the run on that phone: tracking starts by itself.
• In the iPhone and Android app you can lock the phone and put it in your pocket. When asked, allow location access.
• In the web version, the screen must stay on during the run.
• Android: if tracking stops during a run, set the app's battery usage to Unrestricted in your phone's settings.
• Cold drains batteries fast. Keep the phone in an inside pocket and bring a power bank on long tours.
• MusherHub is not a safety device. Do not rely on it to locate people or dogs in an emergency.

Delete your account

In the app: More → Delete my account. This removes your profile and login right away.

No access to the app? Email info@sidera.be from the email address of your account with the subject "Delete my MusherHub account". We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What happens to your data:

• Deleted: your name, email, phone number, profile photo and login.
• Kept by the kennel: run summaries and dog feedback, without your name, because they are part of the dogs' history.
• Deleted after 12 months at the latest: recorded routes.

To delete a whole kennel and all its data, the owner emails us from the owner's account address.
